    For warranty replacement, please follow the instructions below:

    1. Fill out Warranty/Repair form
    2. Post the component(s) to the address provided and supply a self addressed return satchel.
    3. Ensure your contact details are supplied in the parcel.

    Hidden Fence warranty does NOT cover postage.

    If the warranty item being delivered or posted is lost in transit, the company assumes no responsibility. Please ensure that your item is posted in the most guaranteed process of delivery, i.e.: tracking and insurance if needed.
